Dr. Lynette Parker is a postdoctoral researcher at Vanderbilt University with the Explorations
in Diversifying Engineering Faculty Initiative (EDEFI) group. She has a BA in English, an MA in Educational Administration, and and MS in Applied Statistics and Research Methods. Dr. Parker received a PhD in Policy, Organization, Measurement and Evaluation Program in the Graduate School of Education at the University of California, Berkeley. Her research interests include interrogating social justice practices in education and examining how forms of racial and social oppression impact education and educators.
